Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will be in Nakhon Pathom for a one-day visit on Wednesday to see how government-led agriculture policies are being implemented. According to assistant government spokesman Col Thaksada Sangkhachan, the prime minister and his entourage will spend the day talking to rice and dairy farmers, among others, about their problems. Gen Prayut and his cabinet ministers will take part in rice farming at a demonstration farm. Gen Prayut will also visit Ban Saladin floating market, which has been developed and integrated into the government’s Pracha Rat market programme. The prime minister will also hear villagers speak about solving community problems together.
